AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The unveiling ceremony for the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly’s Achievements Exhibition was held. The ceremony took place at the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, with Ayatollah Sayed Ahmad Khatami, a member of the Supreme Council; Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, the Secretary-General of the Assembly; and a group of managers and officials from scientific and cultural centers in attendance.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ayatollah Ramazani said, “The AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly must be the scientific reference for Shiites around the world. We must convey the virtues of the teachings of AhlulBayt (a.s.) to the entire world so that the AhlulBayt (a.s.) school of thought becomes the intellectual and moral conqueror of the world.”
Regarding the establishment of the Assembly’s Achievements Exhibition, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “This exhibition is a very valuable work. Anyone who visits the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly can, at a glance, accurately be familiarized with this Assembly and its achievements.”
In his remarks at this ceremony, Ayatollah Sayed Ahmad Khatami said, “Today, the world has understood that Shiism is a supporter of the oppressed. The world has come to know that Shiism stands against the oppressor, and Shiism is a symbol of resistance, and has defended Gaza. This authentic Shiite identity is not at all incompatible with proximity among Islamic schools of thought, because proximity means standing against the common enemy, not abandoning religious identity.”
The member of the Presidium of the Assembly of Experts emphasized, “By God’s grace, the path of both proximity and Ghadir will powerfully continue under the auspices of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic and the guidance of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution.”
At the end, the member of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, while appreciating the efforts of the managers and staff of the Assembly, deemed the launch of this exhibition timely and wished success for those involved in it.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Hojat al-Islam Qazavi, Deputy for Management and Human Resources Development of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, in a brief speech about the establishment of this exhibition, said, "Given the Assembly’s activities in various fields, creating an exhibition to introduce its achievements was an undeniable necessity for the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly."
Also, Hojat al-Islam Shakeri, Deputy for Scientific and Cultural Affairs of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly described the design, follow-up, and creation of this exhibition as a transformative and strategic plan, stating, “The activities of the Assembly and the valuable history and documents of this collection made the establishment of this exhibition necessary, and through the efforts of colleagues, this important matter came to fruition.”
